Provider interest in CertSite's service has been so great that we are now allowing providers to register with CertSite even before their associated health plans have contracted with CertSite. While you cannot process a patient's transactions until that patient's health plan has become a part of CertSite's network of service, signing up now will accomplish several things:

• It will create a listing of providers in your geographic area that are interested in using CertSite. This will serve as strong evidence for your payers of the usefulness of CertSite's service. Encourage them to save you time and headaches!
  
  
• It will let you see other providers (with their permission, of course) in your area that have expressed interest in CertSite's service.
  
  
• It will allow you to communicate with other providers through CertSite's secure messaging system. Even if your payer organizations are not yet in CertSite's network, you can communicate and transfer data with other registered providers in a HIPAA-compliant fashion.
  
  
• If you so choose, it will provide a means for patients online to look up your name, specialty, and contact information.

As a healthcare provider, there are no charges for signing up with and using CertSite.
